Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned electronics for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
